Sonia Cullington say's "TIME OUT..."

WOW-WordsOfWisdom of the week - " The time to RELAX is when you don't have time for it..." - Sydney J Harris, US Journalist

TIME OUT - Time out is compulsory. You don't require anything more than your own company. We are constantly doing things for others, so how about doing something special for yourself? Do you tell yourself, "I don't have the time...", "I couldn't possibly...", "I'd feel so guilty...?" Here's what WOW say's: ...'Make the TIME..YOU absolutely can & no YOU won't feel guilty!!!' YOU don't neglect your family, friends, lovers, work, pets, colleagues and a million and one other things, so why would YOU neglect yourself? Remember YOU are just as important as everyone else on that list and YOU can't give to the best of your ability if YOU never take TIME OUT for yourself...be a bit selfish from TIME to TIME...
Time Out for me means doing things that I want to do for myself. I don't need permission from anyone, I don't have to impress anybody, I'm self reliant and I don't even need an obvious result from it.
Sometimes I go to the cinema by myself, I love the cinema and it's a great way to catch up on the films I want to see,  also one day I fancied French food, I jumped in my car and drove to Cambridge as I knew there was a good restaurant there, whilst walking around the beautiful streets soaking up the atmosphere, visiting the museums, hearing different lanuages etc I changed my mind, I thought to myself pick a country by the accents I hear, Italian? Portugeuse? I chose Spanish as my hair was gelled back and I felt like a Senorita!  Best Tapas I ever had...some people say to me that these are strange things to do,  the comments didn't bother me. I realised that I couldn't rely on people to be free when it suited me. (who has a conversation while watching a movie or with a mouth full of food anyway? hahahaha) Other days I might relax lying on my bed and read a book or I will go to a book shop and spend hours in there and sometimes I just listen to music.
The great thing about TIME OUT is that it can be anything YOU want it to be...
TIME OUT refreshes YOU, so YOU can have more energy for others, personally it helps me recharge my batteries and put me in a better frame of mind...When I am in good space and feel nourished and enriched, I am then in a position to help and nourish and enrich other people's lives...
So if you want to START NOW FEEL WOW! Open your diary and find a slot and write "MEETING WITH ME!" in the space, use that time to do something for yourself!
What did  MY diary page say today - it said, Sonia  me time yoga 10.30am then Sonia me time bike shop
So take your TIME OUT, once a day? once a week? or once a month? It really dosen't matter. What does matter is that YOU take the time for yourself. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy....

Sonia Cullington say's "Welcome Back Kelly from the Blog!!!"

Well I’m back it’s been a hectic time out but new year new body!!!
I have had three sessions with Sonia and although I have not seen her since October my fitness and weight were ok just need to tone.  I have stuck to portion control with the FAB GRAB bags Sonia provided and have managed to run a little bit………. but Hubby been working away so time was of the essence!!!
So THE BOSS did not let me off the hook at all my reps stuck at 50 where we left off and I felt it the next day but I felt great with it!!!
My back is playing up but Sonia is able to incorporate strengthening exercises to help me which has been brilliant. 
The Life Coaching sessions have helped me with my confidence as well as a very difficult three months!!

And thanks as always to Sonia who is an absolute star and keeps me positive and focused

It's great to have Kelly back!!! I kept in constant touch with her, she has been through a difficult period but is NOW back WOWING...and loving it, thankkkks Kelly for your WOW words, looking forward to this week's session with you!!!

Sonia Cullington say's "It's 2012 Go for GOLD!..."


Here we are once more ... at the start of another year. Where has time gone? The older or should I say “fitter” we become, the faster time flies by. As many of you know, instead of picking a resolution for the year why not try what I do, pick a motto...a mental bumper sticker that will exemplify how you will move through the world in the next 12 months, 2010 (as most of you know!) my motto was "Feel Good, Look Good, Do Good!" 2011 was "How to WOW!" and this year it is “Go for Gold!” make 2012 the year YOU change YOUR life!!!

My motto was inspired by the Olympic Games. Personally, 2012 is going to be WOW!  In the movie “Gold Finger” James Bond said  “Shaken not Stirred” well for me I have reversed his words, “Get Stirred not Shaken!!!” On Sunday November 4th I am running the New York Marathon...This is going to be AWESOME!
My picture mentions everything we should have this year… To keep living, you have to keep loving (Love is essential for Life…whether it’s through our relationships with family, friends, partners, lovers etc, it is a fundamental feature of our existence and crucial to our physical and mental wellbeing) keep learning and keep laughing, negativity can’t exist when there is humour, stay interesting and interested… and remember that, as YOU make your mottos for 2012. YOU can vanquish whatever once defeated you. YOU can attain much to which YOU have long aspired. Don't undervalue what YOU are truly worth.

2012 is most definitely going to be WOW...WisdomOnWellbeing...
