Sonia Cullington say's "What did you call me Kelly?"

Hey Sonia

Well Bitc* or Boss tough question after Sunday and a Monday session....... either way Sonia put the “OW” in WOW.
I have worked hard with the following quotes from the BOSS:

Slow & Low
Wow not OW
I have been sticking with the reps of 50 and this is working the body!!! Burn Burn Burn!!!

Summer is near and this body will look WOW if it kills me!!! Increasing the weights and the reps is making a big difference and I can feel my shape changing yet again!!!
Listen to the BOSS and watch the rest happen!!!
